Can I leave the candle burning for several hours?

It’s not recommended. To ensure safety and optimal performance, avoid burning the candle for more than 3 to 4 hours at a time.

Should I trim the wick before lighting the candle?

Yes. Always trim the wick to about 1/4 inch (6 mm) before each use. This helps maintain a steady flame and reduces soot.

Can I leave a burning candle unattended?

No. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Always extinguish it before leaving the room.
To promote safe use, each of our candle sets includes a candle snuffer, and this safety warning is clearly printed on a label at the bottom of the candle.

Is it safe to leave candles within reach of children or pets?

No. Keep all candles out of reach of children and pets to prevent accidents.

Where should I place the candle before lighting it?

Place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from flammable objects like curtains or paper.

Why is the candle not melting evenly?

Make sure to burn the candle long enough for the wax to melt completely to the edges of the container. This prevents "tunneling."
